Registration open from 9am.

Your safety is paramount to us, please read the below thoroughly before Sunday. It is very important to remain hydrated and take regular breaks. You may also like to begin or finish your event earlier.

Volunteers will be located around the course. Volunteers are there to ensure you are safe, healthy, hydrated, and heading in the right direction. Do not hesitate to ask them for assistance or to voice any concerns you may have.

The first aid tent will be at 'base camp', located off the north end of Royal Parade at the beginning of the course. First aid, water and fruit will also be available at marshal station 6 (refer to course map below).

First aid medics and course marshals are on site to manage health and safety concerns. Please respond to their instructions to ensure your safety.

Facilities:

Toilets are located at the base camp starting point behind the strip of marquees. There are also public toilets available approximately 200m away from base camp toward the bowling club.

Food will be available from the event marquee, the BBQ is open for the duration of the event. Please bring some small change for food purchases.

Water will be freely available in base camp throughout the day, and there are water fountains along the track.

Course

 

Getting There:

The event is located in Princes Park Carlton North.

All day parking is available on Royal Parade and around Princes Park.

The Pyjama Fun Run event will begin at the north side of the park towards Sydney Road/Park Street. This is where the base camp blue arch will be located.

This is a lovely central grass area with large shady trees. 

If arriving via public transport base camp is near Tram Route 19, Stop 17 (Ievers Street).

 

Emergency Evacuation

The emergency evacuation point is located on either side of Carlton Football Club (refer to course map below).

  • Mobile phone (in case of emergency)
  • Wet weather gear

A marquee is available for you to leave your belongings, however please note that this will not be secured. The event organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We request that all pyjamas are child friendly and do not contain any explicit, inappropriate messaging.
